Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to members, visitors, and employees at a financial institution site.
• Monitor access, greet visitors, verify credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, solution-oriented manner.
• Assist with security communications, deliveries, and documenting observations.
• Help deter unauthorized access by observing lobby activity and reporting concerns.

You will greet visitors, manage access procedures, monitor activity, respond to inquiries, and communicate observations to appropriate personnel. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.70 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Sun 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to members, visitors, and employees by following site-specific procedures and supporting a professional front-desk presence at a financial institution location.
• Monitor access to the facility, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor records in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Assist with security-related communications, including answering phones, receiving deliveries, documenting observations, and relaying information to authorized staff.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity by observing lobby activity and reporting concerns according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
