Job summary

Allied Universal in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer to protect a financial campus and provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors. You will maintain a visible security presence, deter incidents, and respond to alarms or emergencies while following site policies.

The role offers flexible scheduling via the Claim a Shift platform and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, background check, and drug screening as applicable.

Qualifications

• CPR certification and First Aid experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and other assigned locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. Job Schedule:

• Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
