Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Medical Response Patrol in Independence, MO. You will provide patient, visitor, and staff security services within a healthcare environment, conducting regular patrols, monitoring access points, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to site policies and emergency procedures.

The role requires at least 1 year of security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to meet vaccination and background/drug

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Willing to meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Willing to work in or near a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Preferred ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with facility policies, providing directions and assistance while maintaining a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and report concerns according to site procedures.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Medical Response Patrol in Independence, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication while responding to security-related needs with professionalism. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $25.33 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM
• Sun 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:
