As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, interacting with staff and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. **Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $20.06 / Hour**

Fri05:45 AM - 02:00 PM

Sat05:45 AM - 02:00 PM

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions within the location, following established protocols for documentation and communication.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and guiding visitors as needed.

+ Support healthcare staff and visitors by providing information and assistance related to security-related matters.

+ Participate in emergency response activities, such as evacuations or medical emergencies, in accordance with site-specific procedures.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ A valid guard card or license is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Possess a high school diploma

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
