Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed – Logistics in Jackson, GA. The role involves patrolling healthcare locations, monitoring access, and delivering excellent customer service to staff, patients, and visitors.

Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, conducting patrols, and producing incident reports while upholding site policies.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

• Provide customer service to healthcare staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including building entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report suspicious activity or policy violations, and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

What You’ll Do:
