As a **Security Officer - Unarmed Healthcare Patrol** in **Oxford, NC** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with staff and visitors. This position requires driving as part of your responsibilities. You will contribute to a positive environment by working collaboratively with others, demonstrating reliability, and upholding the highest standards of integrity in all interactions.

**Position Type: Full Time**

**Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour**

Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to help maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.

+ Assist with access control and help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas within the healthcare location.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
