Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed for a grocery store patrol in Cumberland, MD. As a Part-Time Officer you’ll monitor the site, deter incidents, and deliver friendly customer service while upholding company policies.

You’ll conduct regular patrols, control access, and report concerns to site leadership. Minimum requirements include being 18+ (21+ for armed roles), a HS diploma, background check, drug screen, and a valid driver's license for driving positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
