As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with visitors and staff while supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $16.86 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Tue: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Wed: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Thur: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Fri: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the financial institution location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
