Allied Universal in San Diego, CA is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed for Corporate Site Patrol. In this role you will serve and safeguard clients at a commercial real estate location, monitor assigned areas, deter incidents, and help maintain a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

Qualificações

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry and supporting an orderly environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports related to patrols, incidents, access concerns, and other security-related observations.

What You'll Do:
