Allied Universal in Tempe, AZ is hiring an Unarmed Corporate Rover security officer. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.

This is a full-time role with an hourly pay rate of $20.00. You will respond to incidents and support site procedures, completing documentation as required.

Formación

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• CPR certification preferred.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Corporate Rover in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication while responding to security-related needs with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned business areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrol findings, incidents, and other security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
