As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with personnel and visitors, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Sat: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Sun: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, equipment areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and reporting irregularities according to site-specific procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol records in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
