Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, production-adjacent areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, unauthorized access attempts, equipment-related concerns, spills, alarms, and other incidents according to site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site personnel and emergency responders as directed.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and daily activities accurately in required reports and logs.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Attawater Avein Texas City, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
