Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Active PERC and 20HR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while performing unarmed security duties.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and client requirements and post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public professionally.
• Be customer service oriented with basic to intermediate computer skills and clear written and oral communication.
• Perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather as an Unarmed Security Officer.
• Train in multiple locations and cover when needed.
• Be adaptable to schedule changes and available to work more than two shifts as needed.
