Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures at a utilities location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facility buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and report access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and actions.
• Complete activity, incident, and shift logs and communicate notes to leadership.
