Job summary

Allied Universal in Deer Park, TX is hiring a Security Officer TSA TWIC Credential Patrol Driver to protect chemical/petrochemical facilities. This full-time role conducts routine patrols, manages access control, and delivers responsive customer service to visitors and staff.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, releases, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, maintain visitor and vehicle activity records, and report access concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and observed conditions accurately and promptly, while maintaining professional communication with employees, contractors, visitors, and emergency responders.
