Job summary

DSI Security Services is seeking a Security Officer to join the PSA Penn Terminals team in Eddystone, Delaware County. This temporary/seasonal, full-time position requires a valid TWIC card and offers $19.10 per hour.

The contract runs approximately six months, from late November through mid-May, with schedules Mon-Fri from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, observing and reporting hazards, complying with post instructions, and

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with effective written and oral communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable means of transportation and communication.
• Must pass all required background and drug screenings.
• Valid Driver's License.
• TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) required.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report hazards.
• Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with safety procedures and DSI’s safety manual.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts, nights and additional days/shifts as needed.

Security Officer-TWIC REQUIRED | $19.10/HR

Temporary Security Position – $19.10/Hour

Temporary position requiring a valid TWIC card. We are looking for full-time candidates for the upcoming season, which typically runs from the end of November through mid‑May (approximately six months).

Available Schedules:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM

Pay: $19.10 per hour
Requirements: Valid TWIC card
