Allied Universal in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Security Officer Full Time TWIC Access Control to protect client sites within logistics and distribution sectors. You will manage access points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and deliver customer service with integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities include issuing credentials, logging access, patrolling areas, and responding calmly to incidents per site procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements for the role include a TSA-issued TWIC, age 18+ (21+ for armed roles), and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation and a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state/local laws, and a valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Control access by verifying identification, reviewing authorizations, and issuing credentials.
• Monitor entry/exit points, vehicle traffic, and delivery activity to deter unauthorized access and ensure orderly movement.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns calmly, escalating as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and premises and report observations.
