Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies, access-control requirements, and incident response.
• Monitor and control access by verifying IDs, visitor credentials, and delivery appointments.
• Maintain logs for visitors, contractors, drivers, and vehicles and issue/collect access credentials.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations for site contacts.
• Conduct regular/patrols of entry points, loading areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying identification, visitor credentials, delivery appointments, and authorization for entry and exit.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, driver, and vehicle logs; issue and collect access credentials in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking locations, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC card.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
