Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Loss Prevention Screening in Indianapolis, IN. The role offers fixed shifts with the Earn More program, designed for flexible, income-stable part-time work at a designated site.

Pay rate is $17.22 per hour with opportunities to pick up additional shifts, perform access control, screening, and incident response, and build experience toward a full-time career with our nationwide security team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Screen employees, visitors, packages, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures; verify credentials and direct individuals to appropriate areas.
• Monitor access points and maintain accurate logs of visitor activity, deliveries, and unusual occurrences.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unauthorized access or unusual activity.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Loss Prevention Screening in Indianapolis, IN, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.22 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to built-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
