Allied Universal in Culver City, CA seeks a Security Officer in a technology-focused environment. You will provide frontline security, monitor access, perform unarmed patrols, and deliver exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required by law.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access-control concerns to leadership and site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following emergency response protocols and escalating information as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations and maintenance-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:45 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:45 AM
• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:45 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:45 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols and escalating information as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
