Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities.

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Culver City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
