First Coast Security (FCS) in Prineville, OR, is hiring an experienced Security Officer with supervisory responsibility to manage posts, respond to incidents, and coach officers across the night-to-dawn schedule.

The role requires five years in physical security, including leadership experience, and a commitment to documentation, reporting, and professional client communication. Weekly pay and benefits are offered as part of a comprehensive compensation package.

• Minimum five years in physical security, including three years in direct supervisory responsibility.
• Independent shift management: experience assigning posts, coordinating breaks and relief, addressing call-offs, and maintaining coverage across multiple posts.
• People management: coaching officers, documenting performance concerns, delivering corrective feedback, and following through.
• Incident response and judgment: directing initial security response, prioritizing competing demands, and escalating appropriately without needing management to make every decision.
• Written communication and computer skills: producing clear incident reports, shift pass-downs, and performance documentation; comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and electronic reporting systems.
• Professional accountability: enforcing standards consistently, protecting confidential information, and communicating professionally with officers, clients, and leadership.
• Availability and assignment qualifications: able to work the full Wednesday–Saturday schedule and meet the position's approved screening, certification, and essential-duty requirements.
• Required Schedule: Wednesday 11:30pm-5:30am, Thursday-Saturday: 5:30pm-5:45am
