Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by following site-specific security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns calmly, reporting and escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking, entrances, and perimeter spaces.
• Monitor access points and incident activity, reporting abnormalities to site personnel.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation per Allied Universal and site rules.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-control issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
