Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer in Perris, CA who speaks fluent Spanish and provides excellent customer service at a distribution center. The role includes patrols, access control, and incident reporting, supporting a safe, secure environment for employees and clients.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles depending on position.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and resolve situations including deliveries and access concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution center areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions to site leadership.
• Document incidents and prepare required reports; communicate with site contacts.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations involving deliveries, access concerns, and facility operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution center, including warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points, observe inbound and outbound activity, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional environment by documenting incidents, completing required reports, and communicating clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
