Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Compliance in Whitsett, NC. You will monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to employees and visitors.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, comfort with using a computer or tablet, and readiness for background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and policy.
• Unarmed roles require 18+; armed roles require 21+ (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused location, following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, loading locations, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor and report security-related conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations; complete activity and incident reports.
• Support access control by verifying authorization for visitors, contractors, and deliveries per site requirements.
