Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests following site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report observations.
• Complete detailed activity and shift reports maintaining a professional presence.

• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with the verification of credentials and directing individuals to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Preferred qualification: ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Preferred qualification: comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
