Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous security experience is required
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills
• Professional, reliable, and dependable
• Ability to make sound decisions and respond appropriately during incidents
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Reliable transportation and a dependable means of communication
• Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, perform moderate lifting, and work in varying weather conditions
• Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and support security officers during the assigned shift
• Help ensure all posts are properly staffed and officers follow assigned schedules
• Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols
• Monitor officer performance and ensure compliance with DSI policies, client requirements, and post orders
• Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and operational concerns
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public
• Complete incident reports, shift documentation, and other required records accurately and promptly
• Report staffing, performance, safety, and operational concerns to management
• Assist with training and coaching security officers as needed
• Participate in required training and comply with DSI safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Supervise, guide, and support security officers during the assigned shift
• Help ensure all posts are properly staffed and officers follow assigned schedules
• Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols
• Monitor officer performance and ensure compliance with DSI policies, client requirements, and post orders
• Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and operational concerns
