Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check per laws.
• Background-eligible for applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen as allowed by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at the front desk of an aerospace and defense location.
• Carry out site-specific security procedures, including visitor registration, credential verification, access control, and visitor badge issuance as authorized.
• Monitor incoming calls, visitor activity, and designated access points; escalate unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation in a professional reception area.

Pay Rate: $21.69 / Hour

Sat11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

Sun11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at the front desk of an aerospace and defense location.

• Carry out site-specific security-related procedures, including visitor registration, credential verification, access control, and issuance of visitor badges as authorized.

• Monitor incoming calls, visitor activity, and designated access points, escalating unusual activity or concerns according to established procedures.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.

• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while supporting a professional and welcoming reception area.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
