Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer - Secret Clearance Dispatcher in Chandler, AZ. This role is part of a dynamic, security-focused environment at an aerospace/defense site. You will coordinate dispatch, manage communications, and support access control for personnel and visitors.

The position requires a valid DoD Secret clearance, two years of security experience, and a state driver's license. This is a full-time, driving-post role with opportunities for training and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and operate dispatch communications systems, receive calls for service, document incidents, and coordinate the response of on-site personnel to routine and critical situations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and other security-related documentation in accordance with site policies and applicable procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with on-site personnel, management, and emergency responders while responding to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter as needed, reporting observed security-related concerns and conditions to the appropriate personnel.

As a Dispatch Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and help direct response resources. You will use technology to maintain situational awareness, support access control operations, and provide professional service to personnel and visitors. Pay Rate: $24.80 / Hour

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sat 01:30 PM - 09:30 PM
• Sun 01:30 PM - 09:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
