• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity per site procedures, reporting unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain logs related to patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Response in Greenfield, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required logs related to patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
