Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years related security experience.
• Knowledge of security procedures and safety laws.
• CPR and First Aid training preferred.
• Patrolling and report writing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflows.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify security violations and take action to protect people and assets.
• Inspect premises and identify risks; observe, instruct, correct, and report.
• Monitor entrances and parking; control access per management.
• Respond to emergencies; assist until authorities arrive.
• Monitor items removal; ensure proper authorization.
• Test and document security systems; recommend improvements.
• Document irregularities and incidents.
• Detain unauthorized persons with proper ID procedures.
