Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is hiring for multiple sites in Minnesota for full-time and part-time Security Officers across all shifts. You will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk logs, control access, monitor cameras and patrol properties to deter theft and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or GED, ability to obtain a Cleet License, and passing pre-employment drug screens and background checks.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Cleet License.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical functions (lift 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, inclement weather).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered on duty.
• Maintain front desk logs for people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors.
• Monitor cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and document data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hiring for multiple sites — full-time, part-time, and all shifts.

Responsibilities

of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Cleet License
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
