Job Description

As a Security Officer - Residential Patrol - Part Time in Daly City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a residential setting, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, interacting with residents and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity in every interaction.

Pay Rate: $23.30 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.
• Help to deter unwanted activity by maintaining a visible presence and reporting any suspicious behavior or incidents.
• Document and communicate any security-related incidents or concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• California Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
