As a Security Officer Residential Building Visitor Reception in Newport Beach, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a residential community, you will welcome residents and visitors, manage access, observe activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will serve as a visible, professional presence while helping to address security-related concerns with care and integrity. Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific policies, access procedures, and security-related responsibilities.
• Monitor entry activity, verify visitor and vendor authorization in accordance with established procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident logs.
• Answer phone calls, receive deliveries, provide general information, and communicate resident requests to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence that helps to deter unauthorized access and supports a welcoming residential environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
