Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping maintain an orderly and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and shift information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Alarm Panel Driver in NEEDHAM, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a hotel and residential location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points and alarm activity, and support a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon - 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM
• Tue - 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM
• Wed - 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
