Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the financial institution reception area following site procedures.
• Monitor lobby, greet and direct visitors, verify IDs, and maintain visitor records.
• Answer calls, manage inquiries, and relay information to staff professionally.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per procedures.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity or security concerns.

As a Front Desk Officer supporting a financial institution, you will welcome visitors, manage access control, verify credentials, and maintain a professional, customer-focused presence. You will use technology to document activity, communicate security-related concerns, and help create a secure, welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.94 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Tue: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Wed: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Thur: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution reception area by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Monitor lobby activity, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and appointments as required, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Answer incoming calls, manage inquiries, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
