Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Visitor Access - Business Complex in Mount Pleasant, SC. You will serve as a welcoming front desk presence, supporting access control, visitor management, and badge processing at a client location.

The role requires strong customer service, with responsibilities including greeting visitors, credential verification, and incident response, while maintaining a professional environment. Full-time schedule with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific procedures, maintaining a professional front desk presence, and supporting security-related activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying credentials as directed, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
• Receive and route phone calls, deliveries, and inquiries in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following emergency response protocols.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report unusual conditions, access concerns, and security-related incidents to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 05:00 PM - 12:30 AM
• Fri: 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun: 12:00 PM - 12:30 AM

What You'll Do:
