Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout hotel public areas, guest floors, employee‑only areas, parking locations, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report security‑related concerns, hazards, and unusual conditions to appropriate hotel personnel and Allied Universal supervision.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident documentation while communicating professionally with hotel staff, guests, emergency responders, and other stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
