Qualifications

• Experience in a casino or hospitality setting preferred.
• Good communication skills, organization, and judgment are required.
• Ability to direct and manage people is preferred.
• Knowledge of casino industry regulations is desirable.
• Public relations and casino security experience desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required (preferred).

• Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.
• Promotes programs and card membership.
• Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
• Enforces company security/safety regulations.
• Guards transfer money and chips.
• Represents company and its property to ensure all Casino regulations are always adhered to.
• Operates motorized vehicle, i.e., company van.
• Participates in the supervision, operation and/or support of the multi‑casino Bad Beat system.
• Performs all security/safety related duties for Casino/Hotel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

• Diverse, fast‑paced, deadline driven, multi‑project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Target Salary Range

• $19.00 Hourly

Qualifications

Experience

• NJ Casino EE Registration (required)
• Good communication skills, organizational ability, and judgment as well as the ability to direct and manage people. (preferred)
• Knowledge of the laws and regulations affecting the casino industry (preferred)
• A broad knowledge of games and casino rules, procedures, and administration. (preferred)
• Public relations and casino security experience desirable. (preferred)
• High school degree or equivalent. (preferred)
