Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Security Officer to join the Global Security team in North America, ensuring the safety of critical areas and personnel across our retail and corporate environments.

The role requires an active license, CPR/AED, strong communication, leadership, and the ability to respond to emergencies, manage alarms, and participate in incident reporting and crisis management.

Qualifications

• Must have active State Security Guard License, if required by state law.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in multiple computer operating systems.
• Customer and Client focus.
• Strong leadership skills and previous management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and security of critical areas and personnel
• Inspecting grounds and premise property
• Controlling and monitoring access to building
• Reporting fire and safety hazards
• Managing Alarms and Emergency Response
• Defusing difficult situations

Skills

Active State Security Guard License
