Job summary

Responsibilities include emergency response, counter-surveillance, and property inspections. The position requires a State Security Guard license, fire safety training, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have active State Security Guard License.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Training in fire safety and crime prevention.
• Fire Watch Certification – Certificate of Fitness for Citywide Fire Guard for Impairment (F-01).
• Capable of handling the physical requirements of the position (vision/hearing).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of critical infrastructure security operations, technical security, alarm management and mobile communication.
• Customer and Client focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and security of critical areas and personnel
• Inspecting grounds and premise property
• Controlling and monitoring access to building
• Reporting fire and safety Hazards
• Managing Alarms and Emergency Response
• Performing Counter Surveillance
• Defusing difficult situations
• Participating in Special Event Security, or Executive Security
• Maintaining annual security clearance
• Conduct Special event security
