Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have active State Security Guard License, if required by state law.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Practice normal hygiene and personal cleanliness, neat in dress and appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in multiple computer operating systems.
• Customer and Client focus.
• Strong leadership skills and previous management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and security of critical areas and personnel.
• Inspecting grounds and premise property.
• Controlling and monitoring access to building.
• Reporting fire and safety hazards.
• Managing alarms and emergency response.
• Defusing difficult situations.
