Job summary

Billings Clinic is seeking a Security Officer to join our main campus team in Billings, Montana. This full-time role supports hospital safety, protects patients, staff and visitors, and provides compassionate, customer-focused service while maintaining a secure environment.

Qualifications

High School or GED required.
IAHSS Basic Certification within six months of appointment.
Must maintain valid MT State Driver’s License.
Must meet Montana Board of Private Security requirements to be licensed as a Security Officer.
Must pass a drug screen and a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

Supports and models behaviors aligned with Billings Clinic mission and safety expectations.
Protect staff, patients, visitors, and property from theft or damage and deter hazards.
Maintain proper physical security across all billings clinic campus locations.
Demonstrate good public relations while interacting with visitors and staff.
Monitor entrances/exits during emergencies and assist in safety operations.
Investigate incidents and prepare reports on accidents and suspicious activities.
