Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Property Protection Patrol in Fairless Hills, PA. You will monitor assigned areas, perform routine unarmed patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents, while delivering professional customer service and timely reporting of observations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors per site procedures and emergencies.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeters to identify and report anomalies.
• Monitor access points; verify visitor/contractor entry; maintain visitor and patrol records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following post orders and notifying contacts.
• Monitor facility rules, traffic, and restricted areas to deter unauthorized access.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and maintain accurate visitor, incident, and patrol documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Assist with monitoring facility rules, traffic flow, and restricted areas to help deter unauthorized access and support security-related operations.
