Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted as part of employment.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor authorization; document visitors and incidents accurately.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and security observations to site leadership.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions, hazards, or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged property, policy violations, and other security-related observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
