Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for Property Protection Patrol at a manufacturing location in Fairless Hills, PA. The role focuses on unarmed patrols, monitoring access, and delivering professional customer service to staff and visitors.

Schedule is full-time with a 12:30 AM–6:00 AM shift, six days a week. Pay is $19.00 per hour. Applicants undergo background checks and drug screening as required by law, with licensing based on state/local rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while following site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and maintain visitor/patrol documentation.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report observations following post orders.
• Assist with monitoring facility rules and traffic to deter unauthorized access.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site‑specific procedures and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and maintain accurate visitor, incident, and patrol documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established post orders and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Assist with monitoring facility rules, traffic flow, and restricted areas to help deter unauthorized access and support security‑related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
