Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Property Patrol in Indianapolis, IN to safeguard clients across healthcare settings and other facilities.

You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and provide professional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while following site procedures. This is a full-time role at $21.00 per hour.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Property Patrol in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a healthcare location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. Bring at least one year of security-related experience and contribute to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, patient, and staff activity while reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts regarding incidents and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
