Job summary

The Global Ambassador Hotel is seeking a security professional in Phoenix to patrol premises, monitor access, and uphold safety while delivering exceptional guest service. You will respond to incidents, document events, and coordinate with local authorities in a luxury hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates have hospitality security experience, strong communication and de-escalation skills, and the stamina to stand and work long evening shifts in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 4:30PM-12:30AM.
• Previous security experience in hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of incident response protocols.
• Strong communication, reporting, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work varied shifts.
• De-escalation, self-defense, and restraint tactics a plus.
• Professional appearance and integrity are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises and respond to incidents and requests
• Monitor surveillance cameras and access points
• Enforce hotel policies, maintain order, and address disturbances
• Respond to and document accidents, safety hazards, and security breaches
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests
• Investigate suspicious activity and trespassing
• Cooperate with local authorities regarding security matters
• Perform security checks and maintain records
