Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer for perimeter patrol in Fort Worth/J Justin, TX. This full-time, unarmed role involves monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

Excellent customer service and professional communication are expected. Position offers evening shifts with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial logistics location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor, employee, and contractor credentials and directing individuals in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in required reports and promptly communicate relevant information to site leadership.
