Job summary

Allied Universal in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver. You will protect clients across Tech/Media/Telecom environments, perform routine patrols, and maintain a strong, visible presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

This driving role requires a valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety. You’ll join a team that values integrity, reliability, and community spirit as you support a welcoming, professional security

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site-specific procedures, and report access-related irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and complete required incident reports.
• Maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders as needed, while supporting a professional and welcoming environment.
